Hi all, i got an 626 2.0i -88 and got some problems regarding the fuelpump / fuel tank
When i got 1/4 tank or less my fuelpump sucks air into the system when i turn and therefore killing the engine, And when running on the reserve (E) This is seriosly annoying. as it gradually gets worse the less fuel i got.

On the bottom of my tank i find an rectangular "bowl" and when i put the fuelpump down the filter goes into it.
I guess that the bowls is there so the pump shouldn´t suck air, but this doesnt seem to work

Any ideas how to fix this? =)

maybe your driving like a nut lol how do u know its the fuel pump sucking air ??

cuz when i have an preassure meter on the hose and an retarded friend whatching it, it looses preassure when i turn.
and btw, even when i drive like a girl, the car´s a bitch
