I got multiple sets of indiglos from procarparts.com

Excellent site and cheap to.

Procarparts also lists their items on ebay so you can find them tere too.

As for the leds, i would do gel caps. Less hassell with getting the hotspots to go away, and faster to change out, and no soldering.

no you do not.
the EL guages have their own power source and they glow on their own.

Like koisuruusagi said, you dont need to change the bulbs. But you can change them to change the color of the needles and odometer. You have a few options there, put colored bulbs in, gel caps over clear/white bulbs, already made LEDs that fit rite in, or wire up some LEDs yourself. All those options will change the color, also for the needles you need to scrap/sand/remove the orange paint on the underside of the needles. There are a few how to's on the LED needle thing.

I think koisuruusagi did a write up as well but I cant find it. I used all of these when I did the LED needles, as they are all different and all point out differnt things. Anyways that should help you out tremendously and give you all the info you need to do this project. Good luck! If you have any other qustions just ask us.
