What have you done to confirm the car is working correctly?
Have you checked the VRIS? Is that CAI a true CAI or a shorter "warm air induction"? Is the filter clean? How old are the O2's? And is the VAF mounted perfecty flat? It seems that other members have discovered that if the VAF is angled up or down (as with some after matket and diy intakes) that they lose some noticable low end power.
Have you checked the plugs? Checked / replaced the plug wires?
And then theres compression and leak down testing. There are plenty of things covered in this forum that you should check before writing off the car as slow. Typicaly the issues are small and cheap/easy to fix.
