I have one and I love it! I had it cracked to what I think was about 13 psi and I blew away my friends 1990 RX-7!

No drawbacks that I can think of save re-fueling more often because I'm always on the gas now...
I have one as well. I can't think of a cheaper, better value/dollar boost controller than a grainger valve. I spent under $10 and got a valve which was much more effective (and stable) than a bleeder-type valve. I highly recommend it!
