my right headlight just stopped working on the probe, its been about a month since an accident on that side.

Now it will only come on with the high beams. It is noticable dimmer than the other highbeam, could be an aiming issue.

My question is, is it just the bulb, or could there be a wiring issue. To the best of my knowledge the wiring to the light is only two wires.

no u will have 3 wires to the harnes, u will have one low beam, one high beam, and one ground. check the wires, most likely your low beam wire.

real good chance it's just your bulb, they have 2 filament inside, one for low and one for high beam, the low beam one tends to burn out first.

yeah you were right about the three wires, I was thinking of the headlight motor plug on the probe.

I just replaced the whole sealed beam. I can see the regular headlight was burnt out.

It only cost $9.00 and my mechanic had it in the shop.
