hey i just had a new timing belt put in and water pump
then i had a new dist put in
now it idels at 2000 rpm
what do i do

When cold (around freezing point) it should idle at around 2,000rpm. If it still does it when warm, maybe you damaged the coolant temp sensor (or disconnected it)? It's located next to the timing belt cover, end of the fuel injector rails, 2-wire sensor.

yeah
my temp gage has never worked i have a universay one in a pillar pod
and the idel is allways 2000 /2200
could it b the idel pully in the timing bely?
