I live in Kitchener, shouldn't be a problem putting them in. HOWEVER, I would wait till spring, if some dumb **** runs into you, your lights arn't coverd by your insurance. Keep your stockers for winter and J-spec for spring/summer. If you really want them installed, i can do it no problem.
