My car started fine yesterday and now it won't. The engine turns over but doesn't crank. The plugs, wires, and coil are all new and I can smell fuel in the engine bay so I know its not a fuel problem. Because the engine turns over, I don't think the timing belt is to blame, besides the engine is new with only like 30k on it. So i'm thinking its the starter, but if anyone knows for sure the please respond. Thanks

Elaborate on this.

Check for cracks (even hidden ones that don't show up until you bend the hose around) in your air intake hoses. Even a small one could do this.

Also, check to see if your EGI fuse is ok.
