I recently got a '95 V6 MX-6. It's been sitting for at least 5 years. The fuel pump & sending unit are dead and are being replaced, which is my theory as to why the engine won't start. Spraying starter fluid in the intake makes the engine fire up, so it has spark, just seems to be a fuel delivery issue. When dropping the fuel tank to take out the pump, the gas tank was varnished. My fear now is the injectors, rail, and lines may be messed up with varnish, so I'd like to get them cleaned up. What's the best way to clean all this out before we get the engine to run?
