Yeah, as long as you buy the correct bulbs, they'll work just fine. I don't think they look tacky, but, it's a matter of opinion. I was looking for some with more of a blue tint than pure white, and Street Glow makes a great set, really blue. Of course, everything is blue on my car. If you're looking for some pure white looking ones, 24 Hiper makes good ones at about half the price of PIAA's.
you can find bulbs for the parking lights almost anywhere
here there are alot of rice shops and you can get them in all different colors. just pull the bulbs and take 'em with you so you can match the numbers ive got dark blue ones in mine and havent got in trouble cause when there on my headlights are on and the sheriffs dont care.
as for the headlights they're just replacement xenon bulbs that run anywhere from $25 to $120 a pair the replacement is a #9004 bulb.
ive got hyper white turn signal bulbs too they're #1157
and not hard to find either like $10.
