Welp, you need to disconnect your cat, remove the cross member and be able to have access to the engine compartment from both underneath and above the car. The job itself is not that hard but will take you about 2 days if you're alone. If you have a buddy helping you, maybe 1 day. If you have a lift and all the peoper tools, only a couple of hours. The pain in the ass is just removing all of the bolts that are almost hidden due to the lack of space in the engine compartment... Just be patient and take your time.
I once helped a friend of mine install a set of DC headers on his Civic... Took us like 1 hour.
