I need a good nice but cheap or rather inexpensive way to change my interior color on my panels. Any ideas???

I used SEM automotive vinyl paint to recolor mine, its not done, but I have completed has lasted 8 months now without any chipping/scratching or discouloration.

I used SEM vinyl cleaner on the part to be painted, and then three coats of SEM gloss black, and then two coats of SEM clearcoat, about 35 minutes between coats.

Eventually I'll get around to finishing the car, and dieing the headliner and putting new carpet in.

the spray painting of interior was beat to death a few months ago, there is alot of info on different styles and methods, pros and cons, but like Flyswat.....I'm still working on mine, and I'm almost positive that I was one of the first to start :lol:

Actually TexasMX6GT was the first, he stripped his interior out and did it with a professional paint/spray gun only to have it all flake off in a month.

So he redid it with SEM paint and had good success.

I haven't seen him for a while..I wonder what happened to him.
