I am thinking about painting the interioir trim in my car with chrome paint. What do ya'll think? I have a grey car with black interior, so I think it would look good, but will it last, or chip off, does anyone know? Thanx for the advice.

That is fine, I didn't really want it that shiny, I just like the look of it. Will it fade out, or should I put a coat of clearcoat over it? I just want to make sure I do it right the first time, cause once it is done I have to live with it. Thanx.

definately put the coat of clear. i painted my interior black and silver, with the chrome paint. not only will it protect it, it lightens it up to a beautiful silver-grey.

i personally think it would look like crap..but hey its youre car....just make sure u prime it...and use good paint...and clear coat.....post pix...and maybe u can prove me wrong haha

Well, I did it, and it looks really goo0d with my interior. Don't have a scanner or a digital camera yet, so I can't post pics, but I am getting one tonight, so I will then.
