basicly i dropped everithing down from a j spec mx6.
steering rack everithing.

put it all in...only to find out that my other engine (klo3 with klze heads and all else was a-spec.) went harder than the klze. :(
it was so pinchy compared to this one . (and no more virs kicking in)

i used the j spec distributor, (which has sepparate ignitor) would that do anithing to my performance? )

and i took to catalityc converter and i cleaned it all inside (emptied it out) , very small pickup (but can;t be sure if its from emptying the cat.conv. out. or from optimax.


overall , heaps more torque, (no feel for the hills AT ALL.

and it sounds very mean. :)

i guess i wish i keept my klo3,

wich im selling for 2k aus,(includes gearbox) manual (good condition gearbox (and no smoke from the engine) only used 5w
50 oil


my question is why the power loss??

My ZE is less torquey and more high end then my 03 by far. I attribute it to better breathing. I would hope you have checked compression to assure your engine is ion decent shape. Aside from that used the 03 disty.

no check compresion because i bought it from a v. good friend. so if it's stuffed hell help me out.

does anyone else's 6 sound like a r33 skilyne?? mine bloody does. not happy .
