Okay so I have a leak in my downpipe. My car sounds turbocharged w/o the high pitched whine. But it still sounds like something is spooling up when I accelerate. Mechanics said it was a leak, but suggested I go get headers on the car from a performance shop (they know I'm a performance freak). Anyway, I want to get headers. So I am asking what is a good brand of headers to get? Also, what are the negatives and postives of getting headers? Any potential problems as well?
