where does the front lisecene plate go

Honestly, he is asking a decent question. In the midwest you have to have a front plate and a lot of the covers don't come predrilled. If you look carefully, in the center of the cover just below the center ridge, there will be two dimples. Those mark the spots that the lic. plate bracket holes would be drilled.

if you need a picture of where the holes should be exactly i could get one for you but not today cause i wont see my car again till i get back to my apartment tonight.. but i could get one tonight and have it tomorrow.. i have the holes drilled into my front bumper for a plate
