what kits do u guys use and how much am i looking on the kit or kits cheers

Eibach Pro kit. Gives a 30-35mm drop depending on who you listen to.
About £120 plus fitting.

im running coilovers on mine, but i had to order them from amercia, 0 - 3 inch drop, only thing i would say is there a bit hard, but makes the car handle excellent

That's just for the springs... But they are supposed to be the best for the job.

Was that the coilover kits which fit to existing shocks??? I had some of them and the car handled greate but swapped them for mazda speed 4ws springs when i got my j-spec as the spring rate is different on the rear.

Yes thats correct they fit the existing shock, but the shocks need a lot of work to get them to go on (spring cups need to be cut off) but it handles v well and was worth it
