Far as I know, the fans only come on when they need to - like when the car is hot.
Main cooling fan doesn't work on its low speed, -solutions/cures please

Both fans come on high at the really hot temp, but my main cooling fan doesn't come on at the low speed at all.
Please can someone list the possible problems and also the tests i can do / parts to try to replace.
(P.s. my A/C doesn't work so the a/c fan doesn't cycle with the aircon, it only comes on high with the main one when the engine gets really hot. Im not bothered about fixing this a/c problem, just the main fan problem as i want my car to run cooler rather than getting hot enough for the high fans to come on, like it should.) thanks

Thanks, yes the main one needs to come on low speed when it gets to 215 ish, but mine doesn't, just both at the really hot temp, i want to avoid this if poss by having my car work as it should so if anyone has the possible problems and also the tests i can do / parts to try to replace.
