Thats pretty damn expensive in my opinion for a regulator and some tubes, but what do I know when it comes to engines 
I just got a KLZE swap and currently painting the IM so I have no idea if I should invest 500$ US on this...maybe if the price drops
Also what would be the shipping cost to Montreal Canada? I am planning to turbocharge the engine next summer...
