im doing this in law atm for my exam tomorrow, which im fucked it.

but no there is no law to say he has to sell at this price, instead its labeled as an invitation to treat.

see it like, a job position on the age newspaper, advertising a manager postion for $300k a year, dose that mean the first person to go in and say gimme the job gets it?

unless he specifically says, I'M selling this for $10 no buts. this is for real etc, hes in no trouble
