Mitsubishi mirage distributor part

I have 97 mirage 1.5 that needs a IGBT # M67580. Around 2003 members here posted a possible replacement part #IRGB14C40L. I have tried this part and it did not work. Does anyone know of a replacement IGBT for this distributor?
