I have a 97 mx6 2.0l and i have an internal coil, and i bought an msd box 6al, blaster2 coil, and i need some help on How 2 install this........thanks

I had one of the those, but from what people were saying, its a VERY difficult job. One mechanic said he was having to get help from a master tech. Unless you are real experienced with cars, I would say take it to a shop. Good luck.

What is the purpose of the msd internal coil and blaster box?

Will it eliminate the distributor from taking a dump on me? Like it has in the past (twice)? If so, I really need to get this set-up.

Well 1st of all I have a 97 mx6 2.0l and have an internal coil..... So the msd6al ignition, blaster2coil, coil wire, and hei dust cover, and coil BRACKET......... TO ANSWER YOURE QUESTION............ 1.common power loss of response above4500rpm
2.increase in rpm range
3.easier starring
4.better mileage and PERFORMANCE.
5. RESULTS IN MORE POWER..........

yes, thats the general point of that upgrade + better responce and fuel economy.
