A car and an Amish buggy share the road near Intercourse, Pa.. A Pennsylvania appeals court ruled that members of a conservative Amish sect that believe gaudy decorations violate their beliefs do not have to use orange reflective triangles on their buggies. The panel also ordered that a $2,565 in fines incurred for not using the triangles be thrown out. (AP Photo/Angela Gaul)
