Hi!!
I have a Sony CDX-F5700 CD/mp3 head unit in my 2nd gen MX-6... When i got it installed, they removed the Tape Deck to insert it, but left the stock CD player (that does not even work).
I got myself a MyFi XM Satellite radio (which rocks btw), but i want to plug it directly into the AUX on my head unit (I don't need any adapter, on the CDX-F5700, you can plug RCA's directly)...
My question is, what would be the best, easiest thing to do? Where should the RCA's come out from so I can connect them to my MyFi radio which is attached with a vent clip, in the center of the dash.
Any hints? is there a clean way to do that without making holes and stuff?
