yes it is lowered. I bought ground control and put it on. probley over all 2 and 1/2 inches front and back.

BTW, just a pointer, it's better to shrink your images by resizing them in a image program than to shrink them in the web design program. When you shrink them in the web design program it doesn't actually change the size of the file that downloads, meaning that for the average user with a dialup modem, your page would take around 15 minutes to load!

Most people wouldn't wait that long and therefore wouldn't get to see how great your car is!

For image programs a real good one is PaintShopPro 7.0 downloadable from everywhere and runs for a couple of months before you have to buy it. (www.paintshoppro.com)
