[MX-Sixy Mama]

I've recently been having some car problems. My engine light has been on for a while now, and this past week I've even had a little smokage under the hood. I couldn't find where the smoke was coming from, but it smelled sweet. (Kinda like pancakes).

Anyway, to try to shorten this up, I starting playing with things here and there, and this tube that runs in the back of the intake pipe a couple inches from the throttle body was deteriorating so much that it was cracking.

So it turns out that my problems I thought would leave me pennyless, were solved by replacing it with a $2 elbow.

Just thought I would pass the word in case anyone ever had similar problems. If not, that at least explains my abscence here lately

my first gen 626 did that to me...it scared me too. I replaced ALL the hoses after that, if one is cracking, makes ya wonder bout the others, they're all the same age.

Hey Knoxville... I read your little quarter pounder thing in the sig. If you don't mind, asking, where did you get that from? Only place I saw it was on s2ki.com... was wondering if you visit there frequently?
