I lowered my 93 using intrax coils and Tokiko struts. The car definately looks and drives a helluv a lot better, but the back end did not drop as much as the front. I have seen posts talking about shortening the bump stops. Could this be my problem? I had a suspension shop do the work for me, so i have know idea if this was done. How can I find out quickly? Or is this something about intrax springs and nothing i can do?
thanx many times, Jay

If you look at the rear coils you'll see 3 or 4 coils at the bottom that are binded (no space in between) completely. They function to keep the spring seated on the strut if the suspension get fully extended, like after a big bump. You can safely cut off 1 or 2 of these coils which will lower the back about a half inch. Lot's of people have done this with no adverse effects.

My friend just got a set of intrax springs on his 97 dodge avenger and the front is lower than the back on his as well. Even though its a totally different car, it probably is how the springs are.
