Hey, its me the newbie again.
What exactly are the benefits of upgrading to a better fuel injector and intake? What can one expect to see performance-wise?

"Fuel injector"? Unless your car is built for serious boosting, the factory injectors are more than adequate. Even if you can find upgraded injectors, you won't see any benefit from them unless the engine requires more fuel than the factory injectors can supply.

As for an intake, a search will turn up a plethora of information. The basic idea is to (a) reduce the pumping losses the engine incurs by easing the path the air takes through the ducting to the manifold and (b) get as cool air as possible to the engine. Hotshot, PRM and the numerous home-made kits seen on this site all perform these two basic functions, to varying degrees.

From a CAI (cold-air intake) on a V6, expect to see something in the range of 3-5HP. Maybe a tad less on the 4-cyl.
