Hi all, I've just had new tyres put on, 215 R15, the same size that I had on before. The problem is that now when I'm driving around it feels like I've got my foot on the brake. I also tried pushing the car on a flat road with the parkbrake off and I couldn't get it to budge, it's like the brakes are stuck on. Does anyone have any ideas what the tyre people could have done????

If u just change the tires, then there should not be any problem. Check to see if they did anything such as adjust your brake or parking brake.
