Hi ya. About to get a 1989 MX6 Turbo.....I guess that's the GT? Anyways, I hope to run 13s easily with it, so I am open to suggestions. I may rebuild the turbo and I wondered if you guys thought the t-bird turbo would be worth doing at the same time?

Any areas I should look?

No ideas on mods here - fairly new to the site and the 6 as well.

People are very helpful here - and always ask that you use the search function first - but if I haven't found what I needed there, folks have been great with info.

You can do 13's, but it's gonna take some time. if you want to do it fast you'll most likely blow something.

I suggest going into the 1st gen area and snoop around. Look up and do all of the maintenance area first as that is the most vital; than start modifying your car. Also look into Probetalk for more performance areas since those guys always leaned towards making things go faster. Most of us here on Mx6 are more moderates that preach more about maintenance.
