Okay, here's the problem. When I start up my car, it makes a loud noise. Squelching is the closest word I can describe it. I know it's not the valves or anything. I think it might be some belts or something rubbing before they start to spin. Also, the noise doesn't happen if I drive my car for a while, and turn the engine on while it's still hot.
