It comes from either two places. The hose that goes from the intake to the valve cover or the turbo itself. If it is the turbo then that needs a rebuild to stop it. (some turbos leak a bit of oild and is usually normal) The other is caused by excess amounts of positive pressure possibly caused by worn valve seals. It is also possible that you are running gobs of extra boost that suck oil from the valve cover no matter what you do. Anyways; take a look at both places and see where the oil in the pipes starts. It will tell you want you need to know.
