Ok I was wondering what is the difference between getting an overhaul and a newer engine? Is getting an overhaul on a 100,000+ engine as good as just buying a lower mileage engine if so why? or why not?

If you have a V6- you could buy a lower mileage KLDE (KL03) for buy a jspec KLZE. If you have an I4, I cant help you there
