I was just watching this TV show on FOX and this guy in a Talon TSi completely dusted the cops and a cop in a 5.0 in an open road!! I couldn't beleive it, completely dusted em, pulled away like nothing!!

A stock mustang 5.0(got one, although it's only running on 6 cylinders right now) is supposed to be able to do 150,with 225 hp stock and i've heard that the talon TSI(I have one too, they're junk) with free mods can get to 250HP, which I think isn't true but...

Yeah, I saw that and was laughin my ass off. Cop cars are slow as hell though. My only ride in a cop car (that I'm willing to talk about) is when I ran out of gas and the dude took me to a gas station. Man, that was the slowest car in the world. He hit the gas and downshifted to 3rd and it made noise but didn't go anywhere. Then he goosed it again and went down to 2nd and it still didn't move. Oh well, that still doesn't mean that I'm gonna start trying to get away from them.

I guy i work with showed me timeslips for his tsi showing 13.3 1/4 mile times. He has the standard bolt ons, and increased boost to 18 psi on the factory turbo.
damn, why isn't my 6 awd with turbo!!!! he's got around 250 hp!!!

I'am still in high school and my friend has the money 4 a 96'TSI AWD. So when I get my 6 it will be modded up a little so I will have some good competetion. Any one think I would have a chance if I have i/h/e and the talon was stock?

you also cant out run a helicopter, some friends of mine were thinking to go to Vegas, renting Vipers and Ferrari's and taking them on those super long and straigh nevada highways, but we all relized we would kill a cop car, but we could never outrun a helicopter, radio, or avoid a road block
