I know this has been brought up before, sorry for bringing it up again. Quick question. I have the stock 15's on my car, and was wondering what tire size I should use for the stock Ford Probe GT 16" rims. I know someone out there has done it already. Any help?

i'm guessing just use the stock tire size from the probe:
225/50/16 and you should be okay.
