how on earth do i replace a turn signal bulb?
i know you have to take the inside fender skirt
out but i dont have small enough hands to unskrew the lamp
back housing m
any tips would be great!!!

try undoing the front portion... maybe that will work...

You don't have to remove the fender skirt dude. Don't worry about that. The turn signal dealy is only held in by two screws. You remove the 2 screws and just pull on the housing and it pops out.
