Let me first give some history to the problem...

1. I changed both O2 sensors this past Saturday.
2. I reset the computer by disconnecting the battery and pressing the brake pedal for at least 15sec.

I went to start the car a few hours ago, and right away, the RPMs did not rise to the usual 'warm-up range' -- they basically sat at idle.

I also noticed that every time I hit the accelerator, the radiator fan comes ON.

Don't know if this matters, but the car has been sitting idle for about 10days until I started it this earlier today.

My humble guess would be a stuck thermostat. Although I'm not sure if that would have anything to do with the fan coming ON whenever I press the accelerator pedal.

I don't recall ever reading a post of someone that had this similar problem, but I could be wrong. It just so happens that I'm at work right now (with my old man's car), so unforunately I don't have the freedom to spend too much time searching through the forum.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,
PG

CRAP...

You might have a point there!

I honestly do not remember whether I took that jumper off or not. Very stupid mistake... but that's what happens when you're in a hurry!

I will check it when I get home. Thanks for the reply!!
