I've never measured, but I wouldn't think it to be real hot. I mean the heat is being disapated quickly as it mixes back into the open atmosphere once it passes thru the rad fins for that split second. If you've ever put your hand behind a car with a clutch fan and felt the air being pulled thru after its warmed up, it isn't all that warm. I know that's not the greatest example, but I wouldn't be overly concerned with the amount of heat. Any reason you ask?
