I just had my timing belt and water pump replaced and now my radiator is leaking. Was fine before this and now all of a sudden its leaking.

Also, just below the timing belt area, I am finding an oil leak in my driveway. Never had a problem before.

Could the work they did have any impact on these problems?

Appreciate any feedback.

Obviously the repairs you had done shouldn't cause the symptoms you describe. Did you get an oil change too? The oil leak may be coming from the oil filter. You'll have to find the spot where the oil is coming from to determine the extent of the problem.

How is the radiator leaking? Is it a hose connection or the radiator drain or what? Where exactly is the leak?

Take it back and have them fix the problems. Happened to me before, where the tech had leaned or propped himself on the headlite and broke the housing. Again on a part on my old Honda. Gotta watch some of these a-holes....they'll bend you over then ask for more geetu$$. You sure radiator is leaking and
not something else? Hopefully just a hose.
