Ok, long story short I installed glow gauges and didn't realize they could just slip over the needles...so I pulled the needles off of their pegs. Now, I have reset the fuel and temp needles properly, but the speedo and tach seem to be off a little. Is there a particular way you need to reset these, or can I just place both at the 0 position while the car is turned off?

putting them at zero works fine, just be sure you have the needle against the little peg at zero so you can be as accurate as possible, and don't push it on too far or they will stick, i had that problem, car would get to 3500rpm and stick, would stay there when i turned the car off until i hit my dash, just put them at zero and you'll be fine.
