OK- my lead programmer is on school holidays again so I'll be able to get some more changes done to this site - first up are the cookie/login thing so that you don't have to keep logging in, then we'll hit the cache issue.

Further mods include designating members as "superusers" who can edit other peoples posts. hehehe!

Any other enhancements required please chuck them up in the feedback area.
