Rim fitment and brakes

Can I take the 14" steel rims off a 4cyl base model and put them on my V6 LS? ... The reason I ask is that the 4cyl has rear drum brakes and the V6 LS has rear disc brakes. Will the 14" steel rims fit on the rear hubs of the V6 LS which has disc brakes? Please let me know!
