because he only had 16" in stock for that price and they 17" would be $1600....and i realy dont wanna put real bigger rims on becuase you will mess up ur mileage thing...and i dont know how to fix that.
If you buy these rims your going to have to buy the skinnest tires you can find and get some ground control because the 16 on my car only have 50 series tires and tere is just too much tire showing in the wheel wel!
Is that american prices!!! I deal with a place in milton in ontario that I can get rims brand new canadian prices for about $1000 with new tires. Those aren't even a brand name that everyone knows, they shouldn't be that exspensive. I almost bought a pair of 17" konig rims with nitto tires used for $950 Canadian. I don't know where you live but that's almost worth comming down here in american prices that's almost $800 more canadian. And I don't know how thin thoses tires are what size are the nitto's.
I'm not sure who the guy is that wrote me at the bottom of the page that lives in kitchener, but I live in fergus that's barley long distiance. The place in Milton is the cheapest place in Ontario to buy rims and it is called cheap thrills, the hours are 10-6 monday, wensday, friday, saturday. I would be happy to give you anymore info or even ride down with you after all were only 30 mins away. E-mail me back at [email protected] and I will tell you anything else you need to know!
Dude, check out http://www.wheelmax.com. They have by far the best prices I've ever seen, and they've got some good brands too like 5Zigen, Tenzo, ADR, DTM etc. 5Zigen Hedfield 17x7.5 with Kumho or Falken tires mounted for $1200, that's about as good as it gets.
