Oh dear something I hadn't considered when ordering the roof skin for my dubious South African 6 is what type of roof the chassis/car reg donator had, I ordered mine and now have a roof with a hole in and a £400 gap in my bank account.

So first of all can I make use of someones chassis preferably a '95 which does'nt have a hole in the top.

and second, if anyone needs a new roof skin, I know of one going for a very reasonable price!!!

Let me help you as you can see I am located in SA

Just a couple of questions - You are talking about the Roof lining inside the car
the hole you are talking about is almost exactly in the centre of the lining or is it positioned middle front

If possible take a pic of yours and the new secondhand one you just purchased and mail it to me, I will then make a couple of phonecalls to the local yards and see what I can come up with.
