Hey i have a 92 lx 5speed that seems to have some sort of wiring problem all of the sudden.

The emerg. brake light stay on even when i have the brake down.

and the seat belt light stays on even tho it has the auto seatbelt.

it stay on even if i buckle the bottom lap belt.

any ideas on what could be wrong. it doesnt relly bother me just wanting to make sure its nothing bad happening.

BRAKE light in dash is not just for parking brake; it also signals low brake fluid. I would bet your brake fluid is low. If your brake fluid is low, your brake pads are likely also in the "home stretch".

Seat belt light - are both belts (not lap belts, the pillar belts) plugged in and you still get that light?

hmmm i will check tomorrow but it goes around the corner and makes a sort of click sound when it stops moving and its really close to the end of the slit in travels through.

does that mean its all the way locked??

would that cause any safety problems??
