I have headers on my v6 they weren't easy to say the least. The rear bank is the most difficult part plus most of the headers for our cars where made wrong for our egr valves when I bought mine so I had to get an adapter. Don't know if they have corrected this yet or not.
Headers are a pain to put on the car, especially the rear bank. but it is a DIY job, just takes time and patience. You will most likely have to bend the EGR tube to get it in the right place or just replace it outright.
