Can someone tell me the speaker specs on the mx6 ie, watts etc.

Also, what cd player is best recommended to fully use the speakers powers.

The stocks are rated at about 15 watts or so. Any radio will run them, but the best thing you can do is take them out and trash 'em. Get yourself a set of aftermarket speakers as they'll sound better, be more efficient and last longer.

all i can tell ya about the stock mx6 speakers is that they are 6" X 8". kind of an odd size but i bought some really kickass ones that are like 180watts! so u can definetly make ur car sound better with a new pair of speakers. the ones that come in the 6's are trash anyway.

Yeah...HAHA....the stock speakers are cardboard everyone should replace there's.
