Well if you went racing any one . .then you must go to court and plead not guilty.. so what if you did spin your rims.. that is probably just a noise pollution fine or similar..
Mate you just can’t cop for something you didn’t do ..
If you where racing then did the pig pull the other racer over... ? Don’t be afraid of the system.. go to trial and put your case..

bottom line is, that sux .. don't take it..
I hate All Cops Now

If you where racing then did the pig pull the other racer over... ?
No man there was no other racer the only thing i did was spinnin tires. No speeding Traffic was moving like 15 miles .....
That’s my point (it was a rhetorical question).. how can you get done for racing??
I have No Idea: confused:
All scan post a Copy
It saying Cause of speed racing Spinning Tires.
And when I find out later that he will towing my car I was Wata ****
Then you have to go to court and get this cop to prove how he says you where racing..
I know you are in a different country and all to me . But I’m sure innocent till proven guilty still stands yea?
And you had your sis in the car .. Sounds like a witness to me..
if you just pay up then you are admiting guilt..
perhaps ask http://www.mx6.com/forums/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=1665 for some advice .. he is studying law.. perhaps a post in the lounge..

Well, I'm not a law student yet. Makhan is, but he's been a 1L for a month and probably wouldn't be able to offer any professional insight...

Basically, the only way you could be convicted is in regards of letter D, with the judge finding that you were displaying your car's acceleratory powers. This is probably what the officer was thinking - not that you were actually racing anyone.

The police officer had to write a little story on a different piece of paper, describing fairly well the situation as it took place. For some reason, you may not even see this paper after pleading not guilty at your arraignment, but it is the key. If the officer specifies that you squealed your tires loudly or for a period of several seconds then you're in trouble. If there is no description of how long, you probably have a chance. Simply state to the DA (after pleading not guilty, of course) that it was unintentional, and go from there...

The problem is that you're young, and driving a sports car. No judge is going to want to believe you, and no judge isn't going to give a damn if your little sister agrees with you. Your best bet is to be able to describe the area in detail; specifically why you lost traction. Was there gravel? Was there oil? Was it raining? Are you new try driving a 5-speed? That'd be the absolute best defense, I think. If you just bought the car... Of course, it'd be better if you mentioned that to the cop...
