Owned the car for nearly a year and the roof has never leaked. Now it's like a waterfall whenever I hit the brakes. Anyone know of a way to check and see if the drainage line(s) is clogged?

Your drainage lines are defnintely clogged. You have to remeber that the rubber seal around the sunroof is NOT supposed to be water-proof. It is only for noise reduction purposes.

I suggest you try some throttle body cleaner on your drainage lines.

To check them you should pour water on them an see if the water leaks down on the floor.
