Hi, i had a 500wat rockford fosgate amp (that blew out) in that i had installed at best buy, im no too advanced or knowledgable about wiring up amps and such.. so i was wondering theirs a audiobahn amp that i'm interested in buying now and was wondering if anyone knew if the same setup would already work i believe i have the rockford fosgate cables hooked up from the installation i believe their this kind right here:

so does anyone know if i can just straight hook it up as is, or if im going to have to get some new wiring and all that good stuff to get this new amp to work

What guage is the power/ground wire (10, 8, 4, etc)? What is the fuse rating for each amp? If they're close on fuse rating, you can use the same wires. My guess is that the Audiobahn will need 4 guage power/ground, the Punch may have had only 8 awg. If you have 8 awg, it'll take up to about 80 amps of draw (60 is better, 80 is pushing it) TOTAL for all amps (if you have more than one split off). If the Audiobahn is fused at more than 60, you should get 4 awg or better, if it's more than 80, you NEED 4 awg or better.

RCA's and remote turn on can be reused.
